Our process is quick and easy. Once we meet to discuss your immediate needs… We can organize, and start planning your Estate Sale immediately. After agreeing upon a date, it could take our team as little as 5 - 10 days to prepare for your sale... Depending on accessibility and complexity.

 

How much does it cost?

Every Estate Sale is customized to fit your needs. The good news is that most sales have ZERO up front costs. As estate organizers, we retain 35% of the total gross sales.  After expenses, you will receive the remaining balance…

Paid within 7 Days of the sale.
